An exquisitely intricate frame crosses over the tinted cylindrical glass which houses E14 lampholders. All seven designs in the Norman range are available in either a matt grey or polished chrome finish with cognac glass or oiled bronze and polished chrome frame with amber glass. The spotlights, linear pendant, 1 and 3 light pendants all follow fairly standard compositions whereas the round pendant 4 light has an innovative feature. The lampholders are situated at either end of two bars which can be pivoted and turned showing art imitating function replicating a baton concept for increased adjustability. WARRANTY
Every product has a minimum warranty of 12 months for manufacturers defects but most products have an additional warranty for 2, 3, 5, 10, or even 15 years. Please check the products information of a warranty length.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you have placed your order and the goods have not yet been shipped you can cancel by informing us via email or call. This does not apply to special orders or bespoke items that are crafted bespoke for you and cannot be cancelled whilst in production.
If you have received your order but for any reason are not satisfied or if it's unsuitable, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If the 14 day window has passed you still may be able to return it to us in exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your full order.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your order as soon as you receive delivery and in the unlikely event products have been damaged in transit, please report it to us straight away via email or call and a new product will be sent in exchange for the damaged goods.
Please do not return goods to our showroom address unless specified by us. Contact us for a returns authorisation number before you return.
