This is not a fire rated downlighter. A superb range of Crystal down lights with a large selection of crystal fascias. The down light is suitable for MR16, GU10 lamps as well as their LED or compact fluorescent replacements. Supplied as 2 parts, it allows for a first fix installation without possible damage to the crystal. The deeper crystal fascias have the added feature of reflecting the light onto the ceiling to create an impressive halo effect. Many other colours and shapes available upon request.

When you place a new order request on on our website your information is 100% secure. WARRANTY
Every product has a minimum warranty of 12 months for manufacturers defects but most products have an additional warranty for 2, 3, 5, 10, or even 15 years. Please check the products information of a warranty length.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you have placed your order and the goods have not yet been shipped you can cancel by informing us via email or call. This does not apply to special orders or bespoke items that are crafted bespoke for you and cannot be cancelled whilst in production.
If you have received your order but for any reason are not satisfied or if it's unsuitable, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If the 14 day window has passed you still may be able to return it to us in exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your full order.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your order as soon as you receive delivery and in the unlikely event products have been damaged in transit, please report it to us straight away via email or call and a new product will be sent in exchange for the damaged goods.
Please do not return goods to our showroom address unless specified by us. Contact us for a returns authorisation number before you return.
