Boler is a comprehensive range which awards a number of original features to a classic design concept. A familiar metal, narrow domed shade houses the E27 lampholder on a selection of pendants and matching wall, table and floor lamp. Our designers have given these adjustable fixtures a modern twist firstly with the colour finishes of each component. The majority of the fittings have a matt black finish with the lampholders and adjustable bolts coated in antique brass. The most unique colour is on the inside of each shade which is a khaki finish; in order to further accentuate this whilst also adding another feature, the edge around the outer rims of the shades have small oval cut outs to display the inner shade and create fascinating shadows when illuminated. WARRANTY
Every product has a minimum warranty of 12 months for manufacturers defects but most products have an additional warranty for 2, 3, 5, 10, or even 15 years. Please check the products information of a warranty length.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you have placed your order and the goods have not yet been shipped you can cancel by informing us via email or call. This does not apply to special orders or bespoke items that are crafted bespoke for you and cannot be cancelled whilst in production.
If you have received your order but for any reason are not satisfied or if it's unsuitable, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If the 14 day window has passed you still may be able to return it to us in exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your full order.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your order as soon as you receive delivery and in the unlikely event products have been damaged in transit, please report it to us straight away via email or call and a new product will be sent in exchange for the damaged goods.
Please do not return goods to our showroom address unless specified by us. Contact us for a returns authorisation number before you return.
